Hello, my name is Hanna Wondimagegenhu. I have a background in business and hold a college degree in Business Administration and Information Systems. Over the years, I have worked in various corporate and non-governmental organizations in positions such as Office Manager/Accountant, Customer Service Supervisor, and Finance among others in the US and overseas.

Currently, I am a certified Salesforce Administrator with hands-on experience gained through the AlphaWorks Apprentice Program at Bitwise Industries since October 2021. I possess strong expertise in Salesforce customization, security access, the approval process, flow automation, data validation, data utilities, designing, analytics, sales, marketing, customer service, and support administration. Additionally, I have extensive experience creating custom reports and dashboards with the necessary security sharing.

During my apprentice program, I had the opportunity to work on over 18 projects with my team in various roles such as Business Analyst, Developer, Project Manager, and System Administrator. I have experience customizing Project Management, EDA, NPSP, and other apps on AppExchange. Furthermore, I possess knowledge of integrating Salesforce with other platforms such as Google.
